Compare reclamaciones de capacidad, tasa de defectos y certificación

No seleccione baterías basándose únicamente en la capacidad más alta impresa.

Un proveedor creíble debe proporcionar:

  • Datos de capacidad probados
  • Tensión y energía nominales claras
  • Tasa de defectos informada por el cliente
  • Política de garantía
  • Documentación CE, RoHS, FCC, MSDS y UN38.3 cuando corresponda
  • Certificación específica del modelo soporte

Las etiquetas de capacidad exageradas sin coincidir con el espacio de celda, el peso y los datos de prueba son un riesgo de compra importante.

Siga los procedimientos correctos de instalación de la batería

Incluso una batería calificada puede fallar si se instala incorrectamente.

Antes de la instalación:

  • Descargue la batería original por debajo del 25 %
  • Apague el dispositivo
  • Utilice herramientas de apertura no metálicas
  • Desconecte la batería antes de manipular otros componentes internos
  • Evite perforar, doblar o aplastar la celda
  • Retire la película protectora del adhesivo correctamente
  • Alinee la batería y el conector antes de presionarlo en su lugar
  • Confirme que el cable flexible no esté doblado, estirado o atrapado
  • Vuelva a instalar los tornillos y soportes en sus posiciones originales
  • Pruebe la carga, el reconocimiento de la batería y las funciones del dispositivo antes del sellado final

La guía de instalación advierte específicamente que una batería de iones de litio cargada puede incendiarse o explotar si se perfora, e indica a los técnicos que apaguen el teléfono antes de desmontarlo.
